I'm not sure which facial to book?

Choosing a facial can become overwhelming when looking at the service menu! Whether you visit or call our spa for the first time, we will talk in a friendly FREE consultation atmosphere to better understand your skin conditions. In-person consultation and skin analysis with analyzer device will be performed to ensure that your needs are met appropriately. The facial begins after your esthetician evaluates your skin. This allows her to change the type of appointment (if necessary) at any time, you also gain a better understanding of yourself for better scheduling.

 

I have an upcoming important event. How should I plan facial services prior to my event?

We recommend coming in at least 6 weeks before a special occasion or wedding to ensure that your skin reacts well to our products and services. If you are unable to do so, a dermaplane or facial is recommended at least 24-48 hours (preferably 48 hours) before the event.

 

Is it possible to get a facial if I have Botox or Dermal fillers?

Do not schedule a facial for at least 2 weeks after any Botox or dermal filler injections because manipulation of the skin can cause the product to move or be displaced, resulting in uneven results.

 

Is getting a facial while pregnant safe?

Yes, depending on the type of facials spas, salons, med spas or clinics offer, this can be customized for each individual. As a result, they will most likely tailor the products they use to ensure that everything is safe! They will also ensure your comfort by providing extra pillows since you'll be laying on your back.

 

How should I prepare for my facial?

We recommend that you stop using retinoids 24 hours before your appointment. You are welcome to wear makeup to your appointment, and your esthetician will double cleanse your skin to ensure that all makeup is removed prior to your service! If you want to talk about your product regimen or recommendations, bring the products you have/use in a bag or take pictures of them to show your esthetician.

 

What products do you use for facial services?

We use all organic and herbs products which we mix it at the time for each client depending on their skin type! Compared to synthetic, natural skincare products our products are much safer. This is because the ingredients contained within natural formula.

 

What is dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is a deep exfoliation technique that uses a surgical scalpel at a 45-degree angle to remove dead cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz), leaving your skin glowing! Because this method of hair removal has no effect on the hair follicle or root, it is impossible for the hair to regrow thicker or darker. Dermaplaning prepares the skin to accept products more readily, allowing ingredients to perform to their full potential. Dermaplaning on a regular basis evens out skin tone and reduces the visibility of scars. Combine this service with any custom facial for the best results!

 

How can I ensure that I get the best post-facial results? / What should I do after having a facial?

• For at least 24 hours, avoid working out and wearing makeup.
• Avoid touching your skin because bacteria can easily spread.
• Clean your makeup brushes once a week.
• Wear sunscreen! Because your skin will be more vulnerable to sun damage after a facial, it is critical that you reapply sunscreen throughout the day.
• Every night, use a new pillowcase.
• Exfoliate (facial scrubs, AHAs/BHAs, retinol) after 48-72 hours. 

 

 

What is your product return policy?

We encourage our customers to try samples of our products in order to avoid having to return them and to test for any potential allergies/reactions. However, if a return is required, please contact us so that we can work through your situation.
